Cleaner or Cheaper Fuels – Review and Outlook for Africa Energy Supply 2020-2021


The predominant narrative around the quality of petroleum products in Africa has revolved around the range of substandard fuel specifications currently consumed across the continent’s major cities.

OTL Africa Downstream Week 2020 is driving the African debate on cleaner fuels with a session to address issues bordering on the uniformity of fuel specifications, improving air quality, and installing a framework for continental compliance with environmental regulations.
